The Ephrata School District, in partnership with the North Central Educational Service District (NCESD), the Ephrata Police Department and the Grant County Sheriff’s Office, invites community members to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Understanding Youth Gangs on Thursday, May 8, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ephrata High School Performing Arts Center.
